Winter Athletic Performance & Fitness offers individual and group athletic performance training for athletes who want to build strength, speed, resilience, and confidence through high-performance training methods. Lindsey Winter is a former Boise State softball athlete and experienced athletic performance coach who has led collegiate sports performance programs for a variety of sports at the Division I level. 

Her coaching philosophy blends science-based programming, creating intentional relationships, and implementing a holistic approach to athlete development. Every program is designed to help athletes become stronger, faster, more durable, and more confident.

Lindsey lives in the Seattle area with her husband DJ and their two children, Peyton and Levi.
